Norman Oliver
Against all odds Mr. Norman Oliver constantly inspires everyone he comes in contact with. His entire soul is dedicated to improving the lives of others.

Norman Oliver brings over 26 years of experience working with community and government agencies and schools. In 1980,
he founded Stormin's Classic Basketball Summer League that grew from 54 participants to over 2000.

Nor Enterprises Inc:
is an education and skill development organization specializing in student and school support services with a special focus on developing "innovative programs" for 'hard to reach' youth and teen populations.
Based in New Castle County, Delaware, NOR Enterprises Inc. employs full and parttime
professional staff and consultants who bring over 75 years of education and
community outreach experience to serve students and families from diverse backgrounds.
